We usually organize an introductory meeting to learn about you and your business and to respond to any initial questions you may have.

We will provide a quote as a follow up to our initial discussions. This will be fixed for 12 months and subject to annual review.

Most of our ongoing clients pay by fixed monthly direct debit.

The schedule of billing for one off assignments would be discussed as part of the quote process.

Clearly our price is dictated by the type and volume of work that is required. We generally bill monthly based on a fixed annual fee.

We provide a full support service – our clients are able to get in touch with us for a prompt reply on any accountancy or tax matters.

Our default base software recommendation is Xero. That’s not to say that we don’t support other software, we work and are partners with Freeagent, Quickbooks and Sage too, but Xero is usually our first port of call.

We work with lots of supporting apps and software and are able to advise of the best approach to streamline your systems and processes. Our knowledge, experience and tech knowhow will add to your ability to work smarter not harder!
